Susan Bell, Renal Transplant nurse specialist - A founder member, Susan began the innovation process through her work as a senior nurse in transplantation when looking for methods to improve the dispensing of medicinal creams to save the NHS money and help her patients get out all the product without resorting to scissors! This quest led to the formation of Butterfly technology and the development of a unique tube dispensing device.

Susan and her sister Penny, also a nurse, run a successful traditional sweets and fudge stall, Belles Bonbons, as a lucrative hobby!

Jonathan Jones, Product development consultant - With his wide range of design experience from Formula One to consumer products, technology and packaging, Jonathan specialises in bringing to life high quality design and concept development with rapid prototyping and evaluation. Jonathan's combination of visually exceptional design and commercial awareness delivers viable cost effective solutions and product improvements without compromising quality.

 William Bell, Management Consultant - Will has worked in a wide variety of market sectors for a diverse range of clients managing successful operational and process change to optimise efficiency and significantly reduce costs. Will brings expert financial acumen together with a comprehensive understanding of the differing needs of all types of industries and services. From an engineering background, he also has a sound working knowledge of engineering design and production.

David Edwards - Patent and licensing Attorney -  Dave has considerable experience in the field of patent law and licensing. Also an engineer by background, Dave is able to appreciate the nuances of product concept, design and development and then expertly capture the key elements in the patent process.

Together, Butterfly Technology have developed a unique patented tube dispensing innovation.
